• How do you ship my purchase?
  

·      For US Customers:  All items are shipped USPS First Class Mail which takes 2-5 days depending on your location from Georgia. A tracking number will be provided for all shipments via Paypal and USPS so that you can track where your item is. I would advice each customer to check the status of their item and location daily so you can be assured your item is coming.  This will prevent nasty emails and therefore a hard transaction to complete.

·      For International Customers: All items are shipped USPS International First Class Parcel Post which takes 1-2 weeks to arrive (Customers in Western Europe: UK, Spain, Portugal, France & Germany takes 1 week). However, there are no tracking confirmation that I can give to you to track your item because of majority of shipments are under a pound (lb). I ask for every International customer to keep me posted when your item arrives to you to let me know that you indeed receive your item.

• What are your return policies if you have any?
  

            I do NOT accept returns. I am confident in what I sell and only provide what I know is the best quality. I check every disc to make sure its contents are all there. I do offer a replacement for any disc for free. If any disc is skipping, freezes up or is not playing a scene or menu interaction (if available) isn’t working correctly. Besides, a disc replacement, no returns, ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!!!!!

• What types of payments do you accept?
  

·      For US Customers: Money Orders and google checkout is available for checkout 

·      For International Customers: Google checkout and British Pounds and Euros Cash are accepted but please mail at your own risk. If sending cash, I advise you to insert the cash into a card just so the cash will not be visible. Once I receive the payment, I will send you a confirmation email and your item will be shipped the next day.

• What are some things I should be aware of before making a purchase?
  

1.     There were no official copies of any CD or DVD that was to be sold to the public. Everything on this site is a CD or DVD that was only aired on television or wasn’t aired at all and cannot be found in any store.

2.     Please know that every DVD is a COPY COPY COPY used on a region free DVD R+ or -. Please check your DVD player to make sure that you have a universal dvd player that can play all types of DVDs espically DVD R+ and -.

3.     If you have questions about a particular item that isn’t clear to you, please ask me. I ask every customer to ask any questions so you will feel comfortable making a purchase.
